Why Your Meta Accounts (Facebook and Instagram) should be separate from your personal

Ever had that cringy moment?

Posted something really personal meant for friends to your Facebook / Instagram business pages?

Or even worse, realise that you posted it to your client's Meta business account!

OMG - Cringe moment!

First thought, delete, delete, delete!

Second thought - OMG, did they notice?

Crisis averted, no one noticed and you live to fight another day, silly Facebook / Instagram for mixing it up!

And breathe - phew, now do you ever get to the thought of - how did that happen?

I have good news and bad news for you.

Good news - The error wasn't Facebook / Instagram.

Bad news - The error was you!

Now you need to accept it and find out why!

Well, here goes... you have connected the two together probably with your phone!

Easily done unfortunately and not that easy to undo!

As with most Facebook and Instagram settings, doing it is easy, and you don't even know how you did it!

Here are a few top tips to keep you out of trouble!

 -  Keep your personal accounts SEPARATE from your business accounts!

 - Do not save passwords on your computer or phone, so there is no accidentally logging into the wrong accounts.

 - Do not allow crossposting from Facebook to Instagram automatically... you can save 90% of problems if you turn this off!

If you have done all of this and you still have a problem with accounts being connected I have an inexpensive training to show you where to go and where to connect/disconnect everything and restore order!

So if your time is precious, grab the training and sort this issue out!
